Once an order is placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled. You can, however, return it at your expense for store credit. Please click here for our returns policy

We cannot make changes to orders. However, if your order is not yet staged for courier collection, we can credit the order in full and send you store credit to the value of the order. You can then to place a new order with the relevant changes and use the store credit issued as payment towards the new order.
