If you are based in an outlying area, please note that courier delivery times may be a bit longer due to increased volumes over the Festive Season.
To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, we recommend placing your order before 12 December 2025.
If you have store credit, please be sure to use your balance by the applicable dates above.
Returns & Exchanges
The cut-off date for returns and exchange requests is 16 December 2025, no returns / exchanges will be accepted after 16 December 2025.
Defective Products
After 16 December 2025, we will only accept returns on defective items and issue a refund.
