SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days.

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of R70.00 and free delivery on orders over R1000.00.
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Collection is not permitted and all orders are delivered via our trusted courier partners.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times before a parcel is returned to our warehouse. After the third failed attempt the order will be cancelled, and a store credit will be loaded on your account . You will receive an email notification after each failed delivery attempt.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A sizing guide is provided for each garment. We urge you to check the guide before confirming your order.
If you do, however, need to return an item for a different size please refer to our returns policy for information on how to do so.
We accept Instant EFT, credit card and debit card payments. Payment must be done via the payment portal on our website. All payments are securely processed by our payment partners Payfast and Yoco.
As we are an online store, we only accept electronic payments.
In the unfortunate event that an item does not pass our quality check or there is no stock available we will automatically credit the item. If there were multiple items on your order the rest of your goods will be prepared for shipping.
You will be notified about any items removed from your order, via email, as soon as possible.

When you return items a store credit is processed for the value of the item being returned.
No, you can make multiple purchases with your credit until the credit is exhausted.
You can also use the store credit in conjunctions with other payment methods of your choice
