We cannot make changes to orders. However, if your order is not yet staged for courier collection, we can credit the order in full and send you store credit to the value of the order. The best way to get your fit is to measure a garment that you currently own that fits you well. Lay the garment on a flat surface and ensure that you keep the tape measure straight and not too tight or too loose.

½ Chest – This is the measurement 2cm under the armpit across the width of the chest

Length from NSP – This is the measurement from the neck shoulder point (where your neck and shoulder meet) to the bottom hem

CBL – This is the measurement taken at the back of the shirt, from below the collar to the bottom hem.

Tax invoices are available on request and take approximately 3 working days. Please log your request using our Contact Us form and include the order number for the invoice you would like.


The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days.

We offer a standard shipping rate of R99.00 for local and main centre deliveries and R120.00 for outlying (regional) areas within South Africa, irrespective of parcel size.

Collection is not permitted and all orders are delivered via our trusted courier partners.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times before a parcel is returned to our warehouse. After the third failed attempt the order will be cancelled, and a store credit will be loaded on your account . You will receive an email notification after each failed delivery attempt.

Yes. Returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Should you wish for the credit amount to be paid back into your bank account you are welcome to request a refund here


We accept EFT, Credit card and Debit card payments. Payment must be done via the payment portal on our website. All payments are securely processed by our payment partner PayU.

As we are an online store, we only accept electronic payments.

In the unfortunate event that an item does not pass our quality check or there is no stock available we will automatically credit the item. If there were multiple items on your order the rest of your goods will be prepared for shipping.

No, you can make multiple purchases with your credit until the credit is exhausted.
